The Attendance Report in the app section stores the details about the children's attendance in your setting. This includes sign in and sign out time, holidays, and days of sickness. You can see the details for the entire setting, a single class or a single child. You're also able to look at child attendance from previous dates.

At the top right, you can find explanations for the symbols you'll see in the attendance report.

Note: Missing Holiday Reply is linked to another app called Holiday RSVPand expected attendance is based on the plans you've created for the children.

Where to find it?

When signed in to Famly, click Apps in the menu on the left. Then select ‘Attendance Report’.

Select Day

Starting from the top left side of the screen, you see the date picker. Use the arrows to jump a week back or forth in time. If you want to go to a specific date, press today's date in the middle section between the arrows, and select the day you want to see using the calendar that appears.

Getting the overview

At a glance, you'll be able to see how many children were signed in, were sick or on holiday on a specific day. You can see the details on group level and at the bottom you have the details summarized for the entire setting.

Details for a single child

You can get a detailed overview by clicking the name of each class. This expands the group to show the children in that class. 

You're now able to see when the child signed in and out on a specific day. You can also see if the parents have added holidays for the upcoming days, e.g. Oliver Mullin in the picture above.
The total amount of time a child was signed in is summarized in the column to the right.

Edit details on a single child

If you need to change the details on a child, you click on the child and the concerned day. A box appears, which gives you the opportunity to either edit, add or remove check in/out times, a holiday day or a sick day.
